November 5, 2015 – Toronto-based investment firm Arche Capital participated in a high-level trade delegation led by Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne to China, commemorating the 30th anniversary of Ontario’s sister-province relationship with Jiangsu. The mission, which included Economic Development Minister Brad Duguid and key industry leaders, aimed to strengthen economic and technological collaboration between Canadian and Chinese enterprises.
During the delegation’s inaugural stop in Jiangsu, Arche Capital attended the Ontario-Jiangsu Economic and Technology Forum, where multiple agreements in artificial intelligence, fintech, and sustainable energy were formalized under the oversight of provincial leaders. The firm also engaged in strategic discussions during subsequent visits to Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Beijing, focusing on cross-border investment frameworks and innovation-driven industrial synergies.
“Participating in this mission aligns with our goal of fostering scalable, technology-led partnerships between North America and Asia,” said an Arche Capital spokesperson. “China’s rapid digital transformation presents unique opportunities for Ontario’s expertise in advanced manufacturing and smart infrastructure.”
The visit highlighted Arche Capital’s role as a bridge-builder in Canada-Asia business ecosystems, leveraging its dual-market insights to drive commercially viable and sustainable collaborations.
