From March 26 to April 5, 2025, Arche Capital embarked on a 12-day strategic industrial tour across Texas, exploring opportunities in healthcare, energy, education, and finance to foster global partnerships. The ‘Texas Nexus’ initiative spanned four key cities—Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas—laying the groundwork for cross-sector collaboration with industry leaders and policymakers.
Houston: Medical Innovation Hub

The delegation’s first stop was Houston’s Texas Medical Center (TMC), the world’s largest medical complex. Arche Capital engaged in high-level discussions with CEO Bell McKeon, exploring collaboration opportunities in cutting-edge fields such as gene editing and cancer treatment. With its expansive research ecosystem covering 21 square kilometers, TMC presents a promising platform for Arche Capital’s precision medicine investments and global healthcare initiatives.
Austin: Cultural Integration & Educational Innovation

At Rice University, discussions focused on cross-cultural governance and educational innovation. Former University President David Leebron and Dr. Yueping Sun shared insights on fostering global talent exchange, emphasizing the role of education in bridging international markets.
Energy Breakthroughs: Driving Carbon Neutrality
In the energy sector, ExxonMobil Chief Engineer Dr. Xiaojun Huang introduced the company’s latest advancements in carbon capture technology. His proposal for a “technology-capital-policy” tripartite solution aligns strategically with Arche Capital’s commitment to carbon neutrality investments, paving the way for sustainable energy collaboration.
Financial Synergy: Cross-Border Capital Flow
Arche Capital also engaged with East West Bank to discuss cross-border capital flow mechanisms, facilitating the integration of financial services with industrial innovation. These discussions reinforced the growing need for seamless capital mobility in an interconnected global economy.
Building a Global Resource Network
By integrating technological innovation, cultural exchange, and financial strategy, the Texas Nexus tour showcased the immense potential of interdisciplinary collaboration. Arche Capital announced its commitment to leveraging insights gained from Texas to accelerate the construction of a global resource network, strengthening capital infrastructure and ecosystem support for international technology commercialization.
This initiative reflects Arche Capital’s ongoing mission to bridge North American expertise with international markets, reinforcing its role as a catalyst for sustainable innovation and cross-border investment.
